ALTEK at the Career Day at MISIS: a new format – a new experience

🏭 On April 24, representatives of LLC “ALTEK” participated in the annual Career Day held at the Starooskolsky Technological Institute of NITU MISIS.

The main goal of the event is to help students determine their professional trajectory and get to know the specifics of the production process more closely.

🧑‍🎓 This time we decided to deviate from the usual format and hold a briefing tournament. Live communication, short concise questions and almost instantaneous answers – this format allowed us to build a dialogue not only with students but also with teachers.

🔥 It turned out honest, dynamic and very productive!

A special interest was sparked by communication with the staff of the “ALTEK” rolling‑casting complex. Students didn’t just listen – they asked specific questions about technological processes, and an engaging video presentation of the aluminum profile production literally lit up the audience.

What is especially important: we saw a high level of student involvement, and for our employees this day became a new positive experience: sharing knowledge with those just entering the profession always inspires and gives energy for personal growth.
