Painting complex
The powder coating workshop of the ALTEK plant is equipped with a modern vertical line CUBE Trevisan (Italy). We create a high-strength decorative and protective coating that is resistant to UV, corrosion and mechanical influences, using a wide range of colors on the RAL scale.
Production features
The technological process includes the following stages::
- mechanical and chemical surface preparation of profiles (degreasing, etching, washing);
- applying a passivating layer to improve the adhesion of paint to metal;
- drying and feeding of profiles into the painting chamber;
- electrostatic spraying of powder paint;
- polymerization of the coating in a thermal furnace at a temperature of about +200 °C;
- cooling and visual quality control of the painted surface with instrumental layer thickness control;
- labeling and packaging of finished products for further shipment or assembly.
