The press complex
The ALTEK press complex is a high—tech cluster for the production of aluminum profiles by hot extrusion. Currently, the company has 4 modern lines, and in 2026 it is planned to launch the fifth pressing complex, which will increase production volumes and shorten order fulfillment times.
Production features
The press complex provides the formation of aluminum profiles of various configurations by hot extrusion. The technological process includes the following stages:
- heating of workpieces to extrusion temperature (480 – 500) °C;
- cleaning of workpieces and lubrication of container and matrix before loading;
- installing the die and preparing the press for the working cycle;
- pressing with control of pressure, speed and temperature of metal;
- profile exit from the matrix and its directional cooling;
- stretching and straightening profiles to relieve internal stresses;
- cutting profiles to a set length;
- heat treatment and final inspection of the geometry of the products.
