Smelting and foundry complex
It is represented by 2 DongShin gas inclined furnaces (South Korea) of 9 tons each for the production of aluminum cylindrical ingots with diameters of 178mm and 145mm.
Alloys have been mastered: 6060, 6063, AD-31, AD-33, AD-35, AD-0, D-16
*The design of the casting tables allows the production of ingots by a non-contact casting method, which ensures high surface quality of the ingots.
The press complex
The production is equipped with:
- 2 horizontal hydraulic presses SKM with a force of 1' 350UST (6’) – right South.Korea;
- 1 horizontal hydraulic SKM 1'800UST (7’) – SouthKorea;
- 1 horizontal hydraulic SKM 2'000UST (7’) – Italy.
These press lines are characterized by a high degree of automation and productivity, and are also capable of providing the highest level of geometry quality and surface cleanliness of the extruded aluminum profile.
Painting complex
A variety of color solutions in the application of protective and decorative coatings will emphasize the individuality of the aluminum profile.
Stable, high-quality, anti-corrosion, eco-friendly profile painting using spraying of powdered polymer materials in any color according to the RAL scale - more than 2000 color shades!
