Mechanical grinding (Brushing)

Combined profile
The combined (warm) profile is an aluminum profile with thermal separation. The process involves installing a thermal insert and compressing it on an automatic line. The result is a single multi-chamber profile.
Such warm profiles improve the thermal insulation of aluminum structures and prevent freezing. Translucent aluminum systems are used today not only in industry. Thanks to thermal sealing technology, they are increasingly used in public and residential buildings — schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cottages and townhouses.
Profile perforation
The result of perforation is the production of a significant number of correctly positioned holes of the correct shape in sheet and other materials.
The workshop is equipped with a modern press machine for punching periodic holes in aluminum profiles. The diameter of the perforation can be from 3mm to 7mm.
Profile coloring according to the RAL scale
The polymer powder coating line allows painting a profile up to 7 meters long. The electrostatic application method guarantees 100% filling of complex geometric shapes and grooves without "non-coloring".
The entire RAL palette is available (over 200 shades) with different textures: gloss, mat, moire or shagreen. The coating is resistant to UV radiation and aggressive environments, which is critical for facade systems and structures operating outdoors.

Applying a protective film
The modern KM-125 machine allows double-sided lamination of the profile, which will provide additional protection for the surface of the product to the customer during transportation and during installation.
We carry out individual work with the customer — applying a protective film with an image (logo, company name, trademark name, etc.) according to a ready-made layout or with its development.
Manufacturing of matrices
The design and manufacture of matrix tools (dies) is a key stage in the production of a unique aluminum profile. We carry out a full cycle: from the analysis of customer drawings and the development of a 3D model to the release of finished tooling.
We use high-strength tool steels and modern heat treatment methods, which guarantees high wear resistance of the dies and perfect profile geometry for large print runs. Our specialists carry out mandatory adjustments and test pressing of each die before launching into the series.
